SOH Employee Wellness
There are eight dimensions of wellness that are all interconnected. Each can affect your overall quality of life and can build on one another. They can also break one another down.
When we worry about money (financial) we sometimes experience anxiety (emotional). This can lead to medical problems (physical) and trouble at work (occupational).
It is important to be aware of each dimension of wellness and focus intentionally on how we can improve or maintain each. In the "business" of caring for others we need to be sure to care for ourselves first (insert image here of airplane oxygen mask).
We all have a unique wellness wheel and some may be more balanced than others.
Use this to check your wellness levels.
